Botanicals

CHAMOMILE:
Chamomile is one of the most beloved herbs in traditional herbalism, known for its deeply soothing presence. Physically, it helps calm the nervous system, relax the body, and support gentle digestion in the evening hours. Energetically, chamomile carries a grounding softness - inviting the body to release tension and settle into a state of comfort and safety before sleep.

LEMON BALM:

EVENING RITUAL TIP:
For best results, enjoy your tea 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime as part of a calming evening routine.

Pair with simple practices such as journaling, light stretching, reading, or quiet reflection to allow your body to transition naturally into rest.

STORAGE:
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the freshness and potency of the herbs.

How to brew

Preparing your tea can be more than a routine – it can become a small moment of presence at the end of the day. Allow the process to slow you down as the warmth of the herbs begins to unfold.

1. MEASURE:
Add 1-2 teaspoons (approximately 3-6g) of loose leaf tea to our Ritual Infuser or teapot for every cup of water.

2. POUR:
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour gently over the herbs.

3. COVER & STEEP:
Allow the tea to steep covered for 5-10 minutes. Covering the cup helps preserve the delicate aromatic oils released by the botanicals.

4. PAUSE:
While your tea steeps, take a moment to slow your breathing and allow the pace of the day to soften.

5. SIP SLOWLY:
Strain the herbs and enjoy your tea slowly. Notice the warmth, aroma, and gentle calming effect as the herbs begin to work with your body.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
