EVENING RITUAL TIP:
For best results, enjoy your tea 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime as part of a calming evening routine.

Pair with simple practices such as journaling, light stretching, reading, or quiet reflection to allow your body to transition naturally into rest.

STORAGE:
Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the freshness and potency of the herbs.

How to brew

Add 1-2 teaspoons (approximately 3-6g) of loose leaf tea to our Ritual Infuser or teapot for every cup of water.

2. POUR:
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour gently over the herbs.

3. COVER & STEEP:
Allow the tea to steep covered for 5-10 minutes. Covering the cup helps preserve the delicate aromatic oils released by the botanicals.

4. PAUSE:
While your tea steeps, take a moment to slow your breathing and allow the pace of the day to soften.

5. SIP SLOWLY:
Strain the herbs and enjoy your tea slowly. Notice the warmth, aroma, and gentle calming effect as the herbs begin to work with your body.
