- Name, email, shipping address & phone — when you place an order or sign up for our newsletter or freebies.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe / PayFast). We never see or store your card details.
- Browsing data — anonymous information about how you use the site (pages visited, time on page, device type) so we can keep improving things.
- Cookies — small files that help the site work properly (cart, login session) and let us understand traffic patterns.
3. How we use it
- To process and ship your orders.
- To send you the newsletter, freebies, or order updates you’ve signed up for.
- To improve the site, products, and customer experience.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations under South African law.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the trusted services we need to run the business — for example our website host, email platform, payment processor, and shipping provider. Each of them is bound by their own privacy obligations.

Under POPIA (and similar laws elsewhere), you have the right to:

- Ask us to delete it (subject to legal requirements we’re bound to keep, such as tax records).
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Object to how we’re processing your information, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
